Hello,
I’m a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate and enjoy working with those looking for a mind, body, spiritual connection to therapy. This will look different for everyone I work with. Bringing cultural practices, spiritual beliefs, dreams, crystals, religious beliefs and ceremonies are welcome. I use somatic exercises to move from the intellectual knowing to the felt sense to process through trauma. I use a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique, and listening to the body to foster change and expand curiosity. Personal choice is crucial in working with me as I work with those that are active and willingly engaged in services. It’s my goal to give techniques and insight that furthers your inner exploration.
In my personal life, I enjoy quick crafting and can be found cuddling my puppy. I’m currently working on my certification to become a Psychedelic Therapist in the state of Colorado.
